Audio AI provides automated audio editing and subtitle generation. Features may change at any time.

3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for all activity under it. Do not share credentials.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the audio and text you upload ("User Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your User Content solely to provide the Service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
If you purchase a subscription, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Pricing and plans may change with notice.
7. Availability and Performance
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, software, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or reverse engineer the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Service.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
